6082铝合金薄壁多腔复杂门槛梁由于成型难度大、内腔壁薄且难控制,并且存在内腔易开裂、焊合不良等问题,造成型材的成品率低,生产成本高.研究表明,采用第3种合金成分并在棒温500~520℃、速度1.5~1.6 m/min工艺制度下进行挤压,可解决内筋开裂与焊合不良的问题,但铝型材仍存在力学性能低的问题,可通过改变淬火方式和沿出料方向挤压来提高其力学性能.选择加大水雾的淬火方式在解决了焊合不良和尺寸不合格问题的同时,又满足了工件的力学性能要求.
Optimal Solution for Cracking Defects of Automobile Threshold Beam 6082 Aluminum Profile
6082 aluminum alloy thin-wall multi-cavity complex threshold beam is difficult to form,the inner cavity wall is thin and difficult to control,and the inner cavity is easy to crack,poor welding and other problems,resulting in low yield and high production cost.The results show that the third alloy composition and extrusion at the bar temperature of 500 to 520℃and the speed of 1.5 to 1.6 m/min can solve the problem of internal rib cracking and poor welding,but the mechanical properties of aluminum profiles are still low,and the mechanical properties can be improved by changing the quenching method and extrusion along the discharge direction.The quenching method of increasing water mist can not only solve the problem of poor welding and unqualified size,but also meet the mechanical property requirements of the workpiece.
