气体渗氮表面异常亮斑问题分析

工件经气体渗氮后表面局部出现异常亮斑,具有明显的金属光泽特征,呈点状、块状分布.利用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及维式硬度计对异常亮斑缺陷与正常区进行观察和检测.结果表明,亮斑区N元素含量低于正常区,二者基体金相组织一致,正常区的表面显微硬度略高于亮斑区.对渗氮表面异常亮斑缺陷的形成原因进行分析,并提出了改进措施.
Analysis of Abnormal Bright Spot on Gas Nitriding Surface
The parts of the surface appeared local abnormal bright spots after gas nitriding,with obvious characteristics of metallic luster,dot-shaped block-shaped distribution.The abnormal bright spot defect and normal area were observed and detected by means of metalloscope,scanning electron microscope and dimensional hardness tester,respectively.The results indicated that the content of N in the bright spot defect area was lower than that in the normal area,the microstructure of the matrix was the same,the microhardness of the surface in the normal area was slightly higher than that of the bright spot defect.The causes of abnormal bright spots on nitriding surface were analyzed and the propose measures were put forward.
