Design of Induction Quenching System for Rack Bars
Based on the successful development of high-yield and high-precision induction heat treatment production line for rack bars,the development of continuous induction furnace cooling system was emphasized,including the design and selection of cooling methods,system layout,medium types,quenching pressure,flow rate and medium temperature.Taking 37CrS4HL rack bar as an example,the microstructure and properties after induction quenching and tempering were characterized and analyzed.The results verified the rationality of the layout of cooling system and the setting of various parameters,and high-quality rack bars could be produced that met the acceptance standards.
