摘要

鉴于我国铁路建设和运营的快速发展,城际铁路也逐渐成为其重要组成部分,城际铁路和动车组的投入运营逐步增加.本文主要针对CRH6A型城际动车组在日常检修运用中出现车轮轮缘单侧磨耗加快,造成轮缘限度超限,轮对镟修里程缩短,使用寿命缩短.为解决CRH6A型动车组车轮轮缘单侧异常磨耗问题,组织车辆、工务相关人员对城际动车组运行线路和动车组进行调查研究,分析动车组轮对轮缘磨耗规律,调查城际线路数据状况,查找城际动车组车轮轮缘异常磨耗原因,提出解决方案措施,提高动车组车轮的使用寿命.

Abstract

With the rapid development of railway construction and operation in China,intercity railways have gradually become an important part,and intercity railways and EMUs have been put into operation increasingly.This article mainly focuses on the accelerated unilateral wheel flange wear of CRH6A intercity EMU during daily maintenance and operation,leading to the exceeding of the flange limit,reduction of wheelset turning mileage,and shortened service life.In order to solve the problem of abnormal wear of the wheel flanges of CRH6A EMU,a study was organized for the operation routes of intercity EMUs and the EMUs by vehicle and engineering related personnel,analyzing the wear patterns of wheelset flanges of EMUs,investigating the data status of intercity routes,identifying the causes of abnormal wheel flange wear of intercity EMUs,proposing solutions and measures,and improving the service life of EMU wheels.
