摘要

在时代快速发展的影响下,各个行业的自动化水平都随之提升,制造任务也主要通过智能设备来完成,这对设备实现连续稳定安全运行的要求日益增多.突发性故障不仅会导致运作连续性受到影响,对地铁而言还可能会引发重大事故,不利于社会大众的生命安全.为此,面对智能制造的全新时代背景,地铁的维护也从事后维护逐渐走入了预测性维护管理时代,基于状态构建全新的维修管理模式.但地铁现阶段所制定的预测性维护管理还存在问题,本研究基于智能制造要求对一系列问题做出了整理和分析,并从优化维护管理组织架构和流程、设施设备信息化改造以及管理制度和标准方面提出了优化策略,旨在全面提升地铁维护管理质量.

Abstract

Under the influence of the rapid development of the times,the automation level of different industries has been improved and the manufacturing tasks are mainly completed by intelligent equipment,so the requirement for the continuous,stable and safe operation of equipment is increasing.The sudden failures will not only affect the operational continuity,but also cause major accidents to the metro,which is unfavorable to the life safety of the public.Consequently,in the context of the new era of intelligent manufacture,the metro maintenance is developed gradually from the post maintenance to the predictive maintenance management era to build a brand-new maintenance management mode based on status.However,the predictive maintenance management of metro established at present stage has problems,so this article classifies and analyzes a series of problems based on the requirement of intelligent manufacture and proposes the optimization strategy for the optimization of the organizational structure and process of maintenance management,the informatization of facilities and equipment and the management systems and standards in order to comprehensively improve the maintenance and management quality of metro.
