摘要

传统制造业工厂的智能化升级,不仅仅是各环节独立的智能化,更是全业务链的智能交互协同的转型,设计、工艺、生产、库存、质量、主数据、财务等多个智能化系统之间的准确实时交互是实现高铁智能工厂的前提.服务总线型架构采用中立方式构建服务,与实现服务的硬件配置和运行软件基础低耦合,使得各种智能化系统提供出来的服务可以以统一和通用的方式进行交互,提供了综合、灵活而且一致的交互协同架构.本文通过对传统交互协同方式演进过程中遇到困难的讨论,以及对服务总线型架构的发展情况、应用范围进行阐述,研究探讨服务总线型架构在高铁智能工厂中应用的可行性.

Abstract

The intelligent upgrading of conventional manufacturers consists not only in the independent intellectualization of each link,but also in the transformation of the whole business chain through intelligent interactive cooperation,therefore the accurate and real-time interaction among multiple intelligent systems of design,technology,production,inventory,quality,master data,finance and so on is the premise of realizing an intelligent factory of high-speed trains.The service bus architecture builds up the service in a neutral mode and has a low coupling with the hardware configuration and the operating software basis to realize the service so that the services provided by various intelligent systems can interact with each other in a unified and universal manner,providing a comprehensive,flexible and consistent architecture of interactive cooperation.This article studies and explores the feasibility of application of the service bus architecture in an intelligent factory of high-speed trains by discussing about the difficulties encountered during the evolution of the conventional mode of interactive cooperation and expounding the development and the scope of application of the service bus architecture and.
