摘要
在地铁站台门运行的过程中,有关打火的事件时有发生.打火位置主要集中在顶箱盖板上方,原因有两点:一是站台门金属结构被"异物"搭接;二是站台门金属结构与"异物"的距离小于电气间隙,从而导致站台门的整体绝缘效果被破坏.打火时会产生浓烟和剧烈火花,极易造成候车乘客恐慌,甚至可能会引起火灾,威胁乘客的生命财产安全,亦会严重影响地铁正常运营.地铁作为市民出行首选,其安全问题不容忽视.本文通过分析武汉地铁线网目前的站台门安装情况,介绍一种新式站台门绝缘连接结构,针对打火问题给出了解决方案和改进措施.
Abstract
During the operation of the platform doors of metro,the arc-strike incidents happen frequently.The arc-strike mainly occurs on the top of the header case cover plate for two reasons:one is that the metallic structure of the platform door is lapped by a"foreign matter";the other is that the distance between the metallic structure of the platform door and the"foreign matter"is less than the electric clearance so that the integral insulation effect of the platform door is destroyed.The arc-strike may generate dense smoke and intense sparks which will very easily cause the panic among the waiting passengers or even a fire disaster to threaten the life and property safety of passengers and seriously affect the normal operation of the metro.Metro is the first choice for citizens to travel,so its safety problem can't be ignored.This article analyzes the current installation condition of the platform doors in the network of Wuhan Metro and introduces a new type of insulating connection structure for the platform door so as to propose the solution and the improvement measure for the arc-strike problem.
