摘要

在全国检修需求快速增加的背景下,要求检修工作不仅需要在保障质量的情况下,满足快速交付的基本需求,同时还需要尽可能地降低检修成本.地铁大架修是一项工艺复杂、流程繁琐的工作,导致其往往需要耗费较长的时间,与地铁的运营需求之间产生较为严重的冲突.本研究基于提升地铁大架修作业效率,提升车辆利用率和上线率的目的,提出了全新的调度优化模型,并引入改进遗传算法实现了自动化调度计划的生成,通过案例实践来看,在全新的调度作业优化下,多列车大架修库内作业总时间降低了16.8%.

Abstract

Under the background of rapid increase of inspection and repair demands over the country,it's required that the inspection and repair work shall not only guarantee the quality and meet the basic requirement of rapid delivery,but also minimize the costs of inspection and repair.The overhaul/un-wheeling repair of metro is a work requiring complicated technologies and complex processes and which takes longer time and has a severe conflict with the operation demand of the metro.This study aims at improving the efficiency of overhaul/un-wheeling repair operation of metro cars,the use rate and the online operation rate of the cars,proposes a brand-new scheduling optimization model and introduces an improved genetic algorithm to realize the generation of automatic schedules.From the practice of the case,it turns out that after the optimization of the scheduling operation,the total duration of operation on several trains in the overhaul/un-wheeling repair depot has been reduced by 16.8%
