摘要
列车网络控制系统实现了动车组的控制、监视和诊断功能,针对CRH380CL动车组既有网络系统部件冗余性不高、备件停产以及技术支持力度不足等问题,基于既有网络拓扑结构,在保证其他子系统结构及功能不变的基础上,开展系统级自主化替代研究,实现TCN网络拓扑结构对既有ATI拓扑网络的替代,并完成包括自主化硬件研制及试验验证、系统及设备冗余性提升设计、RS485网关开发和子系统接口一致性测试、控制逻辑和显示屏界面等软件的完全移植以及半实物仿真平台测试等关键技术的研究和试验验证,保障动车组全寿命网络系统技术及备件支持,解决既有部件冗余性不高等问题,同时具备了软、硬件自主化升级以及未来PHM等新技术、新功能扩展的能力,降低了网络系统全寿命周期的运用维护成本.
Abstract
The train network control system offers control,monitoring and diagnosis functions of EMU.To address the issues of low redundancy among the existing network system components of EMU,discontinuation of spare parts,and inadequate technical support for CRH380CL EMU,research has been conducted on autonomous substitution at the system level based on the existing network topology while ensuring that the stability and functionality of other subsystems will not be compromised.This approach enables the substitution of the TCN network topology for the existing ATI topology network;completes the research and test verification of key technologies including autonomous hardware development and test verification,system and equipment redundancy improvement design,RS485 gateway development and subsystem interface conformance test,complete transplantation of software such as control logic and display interface,and hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform test,etc.;guarantees the whole-life network system technology and spare parts support for EMU,solves the problem of low redundancy of existing components,and at the same time can upgrade software and hardware autonomously as well as to expand new technologies and functions such as PHM in the future,which reduces the utilization and maintenance cost of the network system in the whole life cycle.
