摘要
基于TB/T 3139标准更新升级,分析了TB/T 3139标准和其他环保标准或技术要求在轨道车辆空调的环保设计应用,并通过比较各环保标准的试验项目和方法,分析异同点,为空调的环保设计提供依据和参考.同时,根据实际实施过程的难点,考虑到产品设计开发的经济性和工作效率,对原材料的环保管控方法和环保工作的有效期给出建议和具体的控制措施.
Abstract
Based on the update and upgrading of TB/T 3139,the application and comparison of TB/T 3139 standard and other environmental protection standards or technical requirements in the environmental protection design of rail vehicle HVAC are analyzed,and the similarities and differences are analyzed by comparing the test items and test methods of each environmental protection standard,so as to provide basis and reference for the environmental protection design of HVAC.At the same time,according to the difficulties in the actual implementation process,considering the economy and work efficiency during the product design and development,suggestions and specific control measures are given on the method of environmental protection control of raw materials and the effectiveness of environmental protection work.
