摘要
随着以云平台、大数据、物联网等为重要手段的新型信息技术的快速发展,智能化技术越来越深入地应用到制造业生产过程中,推动着制造业不断创新.智能制造作为新工业革命的关键技术,与传统制造业相比,不仅在发展理念上有重大变革,在制造方式上更是通过融合新技术来实现制造的智能化.但智能化技术在制造业的应用根本在于服务产品生产,应基于精益生产模式从提质增效、作业模式优化等方面设计开发.以减少无效作业、无效走动、人员浪费,降低生产成本,提升人员作业饱和度、舒适度,提高自动化作业比例为目标,通过应用精益生产模式的智能制造技术推动制造业发展.基于智能制造的精益生产模式推动着制造业迈向新的时代,虽然目前处于发展和探索阶段,但其对制造业的发展路径、体系及产业形态有很大影响.
Abstract
With the rapid development of new information technologies with cloud platforms,big data,and the Internet of Things as important means,intelligent technologies are more and more deeply applied to the production process of the manufacturing industry,which promotes the continuous innovation of the manufacturing industry.As the key technology of the new industrial revolution,compared with the traditional manufacturing industry,intelligent manufacturing not only has significant changes in its development concept,but also realizes the intelligentization of manufacturing by integrating new technologies in its manufacturing mode.However,the application of intelligent technology in the manufacturing industry lies in the production of service products,which should be designed and developed based on lean production mode from the aspects of improving quality and efficiency,optimizing operation mode and so on.With the goal of reducing ineffective operation,ineffective walking,personnel waste,reducing production costs,improving personnel operation saturation and comfort,and increasing the proportion of automatic operation,the intelligent manufacturing technology of lean production mode is applied to promote the development of the manufacturing industry.Lean production mode based intelligent manufacturing promotes the manufacturing industry to a new era.Although it is in the stage of development and exploration at present,it has great influence on the development path,system and industrial form of the manufacturing industry.
