摘要

天津地铁于2021年完成了机电设备维护与车站运营两业务板块架构优化的整合工作,调整后为运营中心管理模式下的机电设备维护工作带来较大的机遇与提升空间.为了充分发挥架构整合工作的优势,文章重点针对机电设备运维管理工作中如何实现提质降本增效进行研究讨论,深入分析了设备维护成本控制的不利点,分别从两业务板块一体化业务的融合、机电设备维保模式的优化、节能降耗的管理三方面进行优化研究,初步形成了一体化业务融合管理模式,整合了设备巡检作业和精简委外维护项目,针对北方城市运营环境特点制定环控空调、车站照明、生活用水、设备运行等技术节能方案,打破了传统设备维护模式,形成一整套车站运营设备维护管理体系,为后续以市场化、专业化角度输出运营管理经验奠定基础.

Abstract

In 2021,Tianjin Metro completed the integration of mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and station operation.After adjustment,it brought great opportunities and room for improvement for mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance under the management mode of operation center.In order to give full play to the advantages of architecture integration,this paper focuses on how to achieve quality improvement,cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the operation and maintenance management of electromechanical equipment,deeply analyzes the disadvantages of equipment maintenance cost control,and optimizes the management from three aspects:integration of two business sectors,optimization of electromechanical equipment maintenance mode and energy saving and consumption reduction.An integrated business integration management mode has been preliminarily formed.It integrates equipment inspection operations and streamlines outsourced maintenance projects.According to the characteristics of northern cities'operating environment,it formulates technical energy-saving schemes such as environmental control air conditioning,station lighting,domestic water and equipment operation,which breaks the traditional equipment maintenance mode and forms a complete set of station operation equipment maintenance management system,laying a foundation for the subsequent output of operation and management experience from the perspective of marketization and specialization.
