摘要

地铁是人们出行的重要交通工具,其具有运载量较大的特点,基于可靠性的预防维护模型是一种管理关键部件的有效方法,特别是在地铁这种高安全要求的领域.文章结合地铁关键部件管理预防性维修存在的问题,构建基于可靠性为核心的预防维护模型,该模型采用累积前景理论与模糊多指标决策方法来进行关键部件的有效辨识,识别出某些部件对地铁系统的可靠性有重大影响,明确对地铁运营造成严重影响或潜在安全风险的部件.基于故障传播来实现对关键部件可靠性的准确分析,通过数据分析,评估每个部件的可靠性水平.最后引入相关的地铁多部件维修优化模型.通过实例分析,证实本次改进的维修优化方法相比既有的计划性预防维修策略节省了17.95%的维修费用,并提高了7.11%的运行可用性.

Abstract

Metro is an important means of transportation for people to travel,which has the characteristics of large carrying capacity.Reliability-based preventive maintenance model is an effective method to manage key components,especially in the field of metro with high safety requirements.A reliable preventive maintenance model is introduced in this paper,addressing the issues associated with the management of key metro components.The model employs the cumulative prospect theory and fuzzy multi-index decision method to effectively identify the crucial components that have a significant impact on the reliability of metro system,and the safety of metro operation.Accurate reliability analysis of key components is realized based on fault propagation,and the reliability level of each component is evaluated through data analysis.The paper concludes with the presentation of a related multi-component maintenance optimization model for metros.An example analysis confirms that this improved maintenance optimization approach saves 17.95%of maintenance costs and enhances operational availability by 7.11%compared to the existing planned preventive maintenance strategy.
