摘要

制动控制装置是动车组车辆制动系统的主要控制中心,也是动车组车辆的关键组成部件,在保证车辆安全运营过程中起到至关重要的作用.该装置在服役过程中,车辆的启动、制动等工况产生的冲击载荷可能造成金属结构疲劳破坏从而导致列车运行过程中的制动失效.因此,开展动车组制动控制装置在服役环境下的疲劳寿命预测,对我国新一代动车组的研制和运维具有重要的意义.文章以动车组制动控制装置为研究对象,首先,基于目前国内动车组车辆的运营及检修现状,针对延长制动控制装置使用寿命的需求开展典型载荷工况下的力学建模和仿真分析,在对设计结构验证的同时,获得极端工况下的最大应力位置及应力值,给出了未考虑退化工况下制动控制装置的物理寿命;其次,结合现阶段制动控制装置的检修状态,引入关于腐蚀和裂纹这两个方面的退化模型开展考虑性能退化的制动控制装置的物理寿命预测,为制动控制装置延长使用寿命的方案提供理论数据、理论研究方法、评估策略及有针对性的维护保养方案.

Abstract

The brake control unit is the main control center and a key component of the brake system of an EMU car and plays crucial role in guaranteeing the safe operation of cars.During the service of the brake control unit,the impact load generated by starting,braking and other working conditions of cars may cause fatigue damage to the metallic structure,which will lead to braking failure during the operation of the train.Therefore,the prediction of the fatigue life of the brake control unit of EMU in the service environment is significant for development,operation and maintenance of the new generation of EMU in China.This article takes the brake control unit of EMU as the object of study.Firstly,the mechanical modeling and the simulation analysis under typical load conditions are carried out based on the current operation and maintenance situation of Chinese EMU cars and according to the need to prolong the service life of the brake control unit.At the same time as verifying the design structure,the maximum stress position and value in extreme working conditions are obtained,and the physical life of the brake control unit without considering degraded working conditions is given.Secondly,considering the current maintenance situation of the brake control unit,the degradation model related to the two aspects of corrosion and crack is introduced and the prediction of the physical life of the brake control unit considering the performance degradation is carried out to offer the theoretical data,the theoretical study method,the evaluation strategy and the targeted maintenance scheme for the solution of prolonging the service life of the brake control unit.
