摘要

全自动运行(Full Automatic Operation,FAO)系统是一种基于智能化运行、运营管理以及多种高新技术融合为一体的智能化系统.结合上海地铁 10 号线和苏州地铁 5 号线 2 条已使用 FAO 系统的城市轨道交通线路的人员组织结构和线路运行情况,并在芜湖轨道交通 1 号线和 2 号线运营管理的基础上,对 FAO系统中各个职能岗位的特点进行了深入研究,并通过对组织结构及多职能队伍建设的研究,提出了在组织结构、多职能队伍和值班站长等三方面优化的建议.研究表明目前的 FAO 系统运营现状有待进一步完善.针对现有问题,文章提出了改善现有 FAO 系统的人员组织及多职能队伍建设优化的建议,可帮助轨道交通线路实现自动化管理.文章研究可对未来城市轨道交通线路 FAO 系统运营管理模式的改进提供有效的借鉴.

Abstract

The fully automatic operation(FAO)system is an intelligent system integrating intelligent operation,operation management,and multiple high technologies.Considering the organizational structure and the operation situation of the two urban transit lines(Shanghai Metro Line 10 and Suzhou Metro Line 5)that have used the FAO system and based on the operation management of Wuhu Rail Transit Line 1 and Line 2,the characteristics of all functional posts in the FAO system are studied in depth and the optimization suggestions are given in the three aspects of organizational structure,multifunctional team and station master on duty through the study of organizational structure and multifunctional team building.The study shows that the current operation situation of the FAO system remains to be improved.According to the existing problems,this article gives suggestions for improving the staffing organization of the existing FAO system and optimizing the multifunctional team building,which can help the rail transit lines realize automatic management.The study in this article may provide an effective reference for the improvement of the operation management of the FAO system of future urban rail transit lines.
