介绍了一种基于车车通信的列车自主运行控制系统(TACS),该系统旨在通过行车资源管理功能,实现线路上资源及信号设备的管理,进而提高列车的整体运行效率和安全性.提出了TACS系统以行车资源管理为理念,通过车辆之间的通信建立起车辆之间的信息交流,可以实时地监测列车的运行情况,并在运行过程中对列车进行自动控制.目标控制器(OC)对行车资源统一进行管理和分配,列车车载设备(OBC)以行车资源为基础进行移动授权的计算从而实现列车间的安全防护,提高运行效率和折返能力.OC以行车资源为基础,进行联锁逻辑运算办理后备降级进路从而保证非通信车的安全,实现通信车与非通信车的混合运行.总之,文章提出的以行车资源管理为理念的TACS系统,为列车运行控制系统带来更高的效率和更高的安全性.
Abstract
This article introduces a Train Automatic Control System (TACS) based on car-to-car communication. This system aims to realize the management of track resources and signal equipment through the function of operation resource management to improve the overall efficiency and safety of the train. It puts forward the idea of operation resource management for TACS,according to which the system establishes the information exchange between cars based on car-to-car communication so as to monitor the operation of the train in real time and conduct the automatic control of the train during operation. OC realizes unified management and distribution of operation resources;OBC is based on the operation resources to calculate the movement authority limit so as to realize safety protection between trains and improve the operation efficiency and shuttling capability. OC is based on the operation resources to make interlock logical operations and handle the backup degraded route to guarantee the safety of non-communication cars and realize the mixed operation of communication cars and non-communication cars. In a word,the TACS proposed in this article,based on the idea of operation resource management,will bring higher efficiency and safety to the train control system.
