摘要

防滑控制的目的是充分利用轮轨间的黏着,防止车轮抱死擦伤并减小制动距离.由于黏着系数时刻在变且无法预知,目前的理论成果均为通过黏着系数对车辆速度、轴速的影响制定控制算法,间接利用黏着.由此可知,检测到的车辆速度值、各轴速值越准确,越能提前获知车辆速度值、各轴速值的变化趋势,也越易于利用黏着进行防滑控制且控制效果越好.为此,文章提出了增加加速度传感器和制动缸压力的改进方法.增加加速度传感器,在车辆所有轴同时出现滑行的情况下仍能较为准确地获知车辆实际速度;增加制动缸压力检测并引入防滑控制算法,可以在一定程度上预知轴速变化趋势和车辆速度变化趋势.此外,根据既有统计成果,充分利用滑移率对黏着系数的影响进行防滑控制,有效提升了黏着利用率.根据仿真结果可知,改进后的控制算法可以有效减小车轮抱死的可能性,更加充分地利用黏着缩短制动距离.

Abstract

The anti-skid control aims to make full use of wheel-rail adhesion to prevent the wheels from locking and scratching and shorten the braking distance. As the adhesion coefficient changes all the time and is not predictable,all the current theoretical achievements lie in establishing the control algorithm according to the effect of the adhesion coefficient on car speed and axle speed,making indirect use of adhesion. It can thus be seen that the more accurate the tested speed values of the car and all axles are,the more in advance the variation trend of the speed values of the car and all axles can be known,the more easily the adhesion can be used for anti-skid control,and the better the effect of control will be. Therefore,this article proposes a method of improvement by adding the acceleration sensors and the pressure of the brake cylinders. By adding the acceleration sensors,the actual speed of a car can also be known accurately when all axles of the car are skidding at the same time;by adding the brake cylinder pressure test and introducing the anti-skid control algorithm,it's possible to predict the variation trend of axle speed and car speed to some extent. In addition,according to the existing statistical results,this article makes full use of the effect of slip rate on adhesion coefficient to realize anti-skid control and effectively improve the use ratio of adhesion. It can be seen from the simulation result that the improved control algorithm can effectively reduce the possibility of wheel locking and make full use of adhesion to shorten the braking distance.
