摘要
铁路客车行车安全监控系统(客车5T监控系统)是实现超前防范、关口前移、确保客车运行绝对安全的必要手段.客车5T监控系统报警信息的传递、处置结果的确认等涉及多个部门车间和岗位工种,存在大量的信息统计报表.文章以某车辆段客车5T监控数据管理为例,提出了一种基于SQL数据库和Fine-Report平台的客车5T监控数据分析系统,介绍了系统构架搭建、数据库开发、报表及数据可视化设计,实现了报警信息表自动生成、报警数据自动分析的功能.该系统在5T运用管理中发挥了重要作用.
Abstract
The operation safety monitoring system of railway passenger cars (5T monitoring system of passenger cars) is a necessary method of realizing the prevention in advance and the ante-displacement of passes to ensure the absolutely safe operation of passenger cars. The transmission of alarm information and the confirmation of disposal results of the 5T monitoring system for passenger cars involve multiple departments,workshops and posts and generate a lot of information and statistical statements. Taking the 5T monitoring data management of passenger cars at a car depot as an example,this article proposes a 5T monitoring data analysis system for passenger cars based on a SQL database and the FineReport platform,introduces the building of the system structure,the development of the database,the visualization design of statements and data,and realizes the functions of automatic generation of alarm information statements and automatic analysis of alarm data. This system plays an important role in 5T operation management.
