摘要

文章围绕动车组运维检修的实际需求,综合考量不同动车组的车头构造和动车组检修库的现实环境,对平台载荷和尺寸进行量身定制,运用模块化设计理念和自动控制技术,设计了一种兼容多种动车组车头检修作业的平台,通过升降、转动和伸缩等相互组合,采用蜗轮蜗杆减速机、刚性链、交叉伸缩机构和四柱定位,满足不同曲面、不同高度、不同部件的检修作业需求,增强了设备的适应能力,适用于各型动车组车头部件的日常检修作业.借助该检修综合平台可以方便、快捷、安全开展对动车组车头雨刮器、车头灯和窗玻璃等部件的日常检修作业和故障处置,规范了动车组车头部件检修作业流程,保证了检修人员高空作业安全,提高了动车组运维检修的效率和质量,具有很高的实用价值.

Abstract

The article studies the actual needs of EMU operation and maintenance,comprehensively considers the construction of lead units of different EMU and the realistic environment of EMU maintenance depots,customizes the loads and sizes of the platform,and designs a platform that is compatible with multiple maintenance operations on the platform for the lead unit of EMU by using the modular design concept and the automatic control technology. Through a combination of lifting,rotating and telescoping,the platform adopts a worm and worm gear reducer,rigid chain,cross-telescoping mechanism,and four-column positioning to meet the maintenance operation needs of different curved surfaces,different heights and different components,enhancing the adaptability of the equipment and the applicability to the daily maintenance operation of lead unit components of various types of EMU. This comprehensive maintenance platform allows performing the daily maintenance operation and the troubleshooting of components such as the windshield wiper,headlight and window glass of the lead unit of the EMU conveniently,quickly and safely so as to normalize the maintenance operation procedure of lead unit components of the EMU,guarantee the aerial operation safety of maintenance personnel and improve the efficiency and quality of operation and maintenance of the EMU;therefore,it has very high practical value.
