摘要

城轨车辆集流环检修线主要应用于城轨车辆跨坐式单轨车关键部件集流环的检修作业,检修内容包括:集流环拆解、清洗、初装打扭、滑环电阻检测、滑环跳动调试、总装、集流环绝缘检测、胎压表试验等.该检修线采用工位制作业形式,根据上述检修内容进行工位划分,并配套设计了专属的检修线物流工具,如集流环物流小车、零件流转小车、废料存放小车等,实现物流配送标准化.产线配备检修线信息系统,搭配自动化检修设备,可在检修过程中实时收集数据信息,统计现场检修进度,实现工步引导、防误防错、关键项点的质量卡控等功能.通过检修线信息系统聚合每道工序的关键检修数据,形成集流环检修履历,实现整体集流环检修业务人机料法环测全要素整体可追溯.

Abstract

The maintenance line for slip rings of urban rail vehicles is mainly used in the maintenance operation for slip rings,a key component of straddling monorail trains for urban rail transport. The maintenance content includes disassembly and cleaning of the slip ring,initial assembly and twisting,detection of slip ring resistance,debugging of slip ring runout,final assembly,slip ring insulation test,pressure gauge test,etc. This maintenance line adopts the form of workstation operation,dividing workstations according to the above maintenance content and designing dedicated logistical tools for the maintenance line,such as logistical carts for slip rings,circulation carts for parts,storage carts for waste,etc.,to realize the standardized logistical distribution. The production line is equipped with the information system of the maintenance line and automatic maintenance equipment that can collect data and information in real time during maintenance and make statistics of on-site maintenance progress to realize functions such as working step guidance,mis-operation and error prevention,and quality control of key points. By aggregating key maintenance data for each process through the information system of the maintenance line,a maintenance record for the slip ring is formed,achieving the overall traceability of all elements,including human,machine,material,method,environmental and measurement,in the slip ring maintenance operation.
