摘要

我国铁路现有的运输调度领域信息系统众多,在研究和总结了铁路运输调度业务中台建设需求的基础上,研究和提出了基于铁路运输调度业务中台的系统架构,通过研究数据汇聚、服务封装和共享、路网图及可视化、容器技术等铁路运输调度业务中台关键技术,构建了运输调度业务中台,简化了应用系统开发,减少了重复建设.基于铁路运输调度业务中台建立了铁路车流管理应用原型系统,实现了"一张图"的车流可视化,使调度指挥的决策者和管理者能更加实时地把控铁路车流态势,更好地支撑今后车流预测的应用开发.

Abstract

In Chinese railways,the existing information systems in the transport dispatching field are numerous. Based on the study and the summary of the needs for building the railway transport dispatching operation middleground,this article studies and proposes the system architecture based on the railway transport dispatching operation middleground. By studying key technologies of railway transport dispatching operation middleground such as data aggregation,service encapsulation and sharing,railway network map and visualization,and container technology,it builds a transport dispatching operation middleground,simplifies the development of application systems,and reduces the repeated construction. And based on the railway transport dispatching operation middleground,the railway traffic flow management application prototype system has been built up to realize the visualization of traffic flow with "one map" so that the dispatching and commanding decision-makers and managers can master the situation of the railway traffic flow in real time,better supporting the future application and development of traffic flow prediction.
