摘要
通过对贵阳市公共交通投资运营集团有限公司(以下简称贵阳市交运集团)信息化系统运行现状的调查,对其存在的问题进行了分析,结合交通强国建设纲要、数字中国建设整体布局规划、贵州"强省会"五年行动、贵阳市综合交通体系规划(2021—2035年)的要求及市政府对集团公司"公司化、信息化、规范化、专业化"的发展要求,提出了贵阳市交运集团信息化建设规划应以企业重组、整合为契机,充分将轨道交通、道路公交、环城铁路、低运量轨道交通等信息进行融合互通,将贵阳市轨道交通线网城轨云平台升级为贵阳市公共交通云平台,全面构建贵阳市公共交通数智共享交通圈,从而实现贵阳市公共交通"四网融合"的高质量发展,对国内轨道交通和道路公交融合的发展进行引领和示范.
Abstract
An investigation has been made on the current operational situation of the information-based system of Guiyang Public Transport Investment and Operation Group Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guiyang Transport Group"),and its existing problems have been analyzed. According to the requirements of the Outline of Building a Strong Transport Country,the Overall Layout Plan for the Construction of Digital China,the Five-Year Action Plan for Guizhou's "Strong Provincial Capital",the Comprehensive Transport System Plan of Guiyang (2021—2035) and the development requirements of the municipal government for the group's "corporatization,informatization,standardization and specialization",it is proposed that the information construction plan of Guiyang Transport Group should take the opportunity of enterprise restructuring and integration,fully integrate and exchange information on rail transit,road public transport,ring railways,low-capacity rail transit,et al,upgrade the Urban Rail Cloud Platform of Guiyang for Rail Transit Network to the Public Transport Cloud Platform of Guiyang,comprehensively build the public transport digital and intelligent shared transport circle of Guiyang and thus achieve the high-quality development of the "Integration of Four Networks" of Guiyang's public transport,playing a leading and demonstrating role in the development of integration of rail transit and road public transport in China.
