摘要
《淋巴瘤18F-FDG PET/CT及PET/MR显像临床应用指南(2021版)》已广泛应用于淋巴瘤诊断、治疗等方面,尤其是治疗决策和预后评估.本期重点号以PET/CT显像在淋巴瘤中的应用为主题,分析了 PET/CT在淋巴瘤分期、鉴别诊断、疗效评价与预后评估中的价值以及人工智能与非18F-FDG显像剂的应用价值.PET/CT显像的多参数分析、影像纹理特征解析、非18F-FDG显像剂的应用能够为淋巴瘤的诊断和治疗提供丰富信息.
Abstract
The Clinical practice guideline of 18F-FDG PET/CT and PET/MR in lymphoma(2021 edition)has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma,especially in treatment decision making and prognosis evaluation.The focus of this issue is the application of PET/CT in lymphoma,analyzing the value of PET/CT in the staging,differential diagnosis,therapeutic and prognostic evaluation of lymphoma,as well as the application of artificial intelligence and non-18F-FDG imaging agents.The multiparameter analysis,analysis of image texture features,and application of non-18F-FDG imaging agents in PET/CT can provide rich information for the diagnosis and treatment of lymphoma.
