摘要
结节性硬化症(TSC)是一种常染色体显性遗传疾病,大约1/3为家族性、2/3为散发性.TSC常累及中枢神经系统、皮肤、肾脏、双肺和心脏等,亦可累及全身骨质.笔者报道了 1例中老年女性TSC患者的18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT影像表现,并通过文献回顾总结了 TSC 18F-FDG PET/CT影像表现及诊断要点.关于TSC的18F-FDG PET/CT检查的报道并不多,而该病的诊断主要依赖影像学检查,因此充分了解该病的影像表现,可以更加精准地做出诊断.
Abstract
Tuberous sclerosis complex(TSC)is an autosomal dominant genetic disease with about 1/3 being familial and 2/3 being sporadic.TSC often involves the central nervous system,skin,kidneys,lungs and heart,and also involves bone in the whole body.The authors report a case of TSC in a middle-aged woman.The characteristics of TSC were analyzed from 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(FDG)PET/CT.The imaging features on 18F-FDG PET/CT were summarized through literature review.There are few reports on 18F-FDG PET/CT examination of TSC,but the diagnosis mainly depend on imaging examination.So get full understanding of its imaging signs are particularly important to make accurate diagnosis.
