摘要

123I-间碘苄胍(123I-MIBG)是去甲肾上腺素类似物,能够与去甲肾上腺素转运蛋白特异性结合,可用于神经内分泌肿瘤SPECT显像、心脏交感神经SPECT显像及帕金森病的头部显像.但123I-MIBG的不足之处限制了其临床应用,国内外研究者的多项研究结果表明18F-间氟苄胍(18F-MFBG)是最有望代替123I-MIBG的显像剂.笔者就18F-MFBG的制备及临床应用进展进行综述.

Abstract

123I-meta-iodobenzylguanidine(123I-MIBG)is a norepinephrine analog that can specifically bind to norepinephrine transporter and can be used for SPECT imaging of neuroendocrine tumors,SPECT imaging of cardiac sympathetic nerves and head imaging of Parkinson's disease.However,the shortcomings of 123I-MIBG limit its clinical application.Several research results from domestic and foreign researchers have shown that 18F-meta-fluorobenzidine(18F-MFBG)is the most promising imaging agent to replace 123I-MIBG.The author reviews the progress in the preparation and clinical application of 18F-MFBG.
