摘要
目的 了解泰国留学生与中国大学生AIDS相关知信行的差异.方法 应用流行病学横断面调查的研究方法,采用1∶3匹配的原则于2015年10月对曲靖师范学院的泰国留学生和中国大学生进行问卷调查.调查内容包括调查对象的基本信息、AIDS相关知识、危险行为和获得相关服务等情况.同时采集研究对象5 mL静脉血进行HIV抗体检测.使用EpiData3.0建立数据库和SPSS 19.0软件包进行数据处理和统计分析.结果 共调查泰国留学生35人和中国大学生105人,均未检出HIV抗体阳性者.泰国留学生AIDS知晓率显著低于中国大学生(60.00％:89.52％,x2=15.599,P＜0.01);但是泰国留学生性行为发生率、安全套使用率、吸毒率、AIDS咨询检测率和发生过性行为的学生AIDS检测率均高于中国大学生(54.29％:15.24％,84.21％:50.00％,14.29％:0％,48.57％:3.00％,79.00％:7.00％,x2=21.346、6.252、15.556、44.800、18.497,P＜0.05).结论 与中国大学生相比,泰国留学生AIDS知晓率较低,性行为发生率较高,但是安全套使用率和咨询检测率均较高,同时存在注射吸毒行为;而中国大学生AIDS知晓率较高,但性行为保护意识差.二者均需加强健康教育.
Abstract
Objective To study the differences of knowledge,attitude and practice (KAP) of AIDS among international students from Thailand and Chinese university students.Methods Using the epidemic cross-section method,Thai and Chinese students in Qujing Normal University were investigated by questionnaire survey in October 2015 according to 1 ∶ 3 matching principle.The investigation contents included basic information of respondents,AIDS related knowledge,risk behaviors and available services.Meanwhile,5 mL venous blood was collected for HIV antibody testing.Database was established by EpiData3.0 software,and the SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results A total of 35 Thai and 105 Chinese students were investigated,and none was HIV positive.AIDS awareness rate of Thai students was significantly lower than that of Chinese students (60.00％ vs 89.52％,x2=15.599,P＜0.01).However,the incidence of sexual behavior,the rate of using condom,taking drugs,AIDS Voluntary Counseling&Testing (VCT) as well as the detection rate of AIDS among students who had sex were higher among Thai students than those among Chinese students (54.29％ vs 15.24％,84.21％ vs 50.00％,14.29％ vs 0％,48.57％ vs 3.00％,79.00 ％ vs 7.00％,x2=21.346,6.252,15.556,44.800,18.497,P＜0.05).Conclusions Compared with Chinese college students,international students from Thailand have lower AIDS awareness rate and higher incidence rate of sexual behavior.,condom using rate as well as VCT rate.At the same time,there are intravenous drug users among Thai students.Chinese college students have a higher level of AIDS knowledge,but are lack of protection consciousness during sexual behavior.Students from both countries need to strengthen health education.
