Catheter-related bloodstream infection is one of the serious complications associated with indwelling intravascular catheters,which affects the treatment and prognosis of patients.This article summarizes the risk factors of catheter-related bloodstream infection including catheterization factors,patient factors and environmental/climatic conditions,and aims to provide reference for the prevention and management of catheter-related bloodstream infection.
