Clinical effect of pelvic floor myomagnetism combined with electrical stimulation on female stress urinary incontinence and its influence on pelvic floor muscle tension
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor muscle magnetic com-bined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence and the effect on female pelvic floor muscle tension. Methods A prospective study was conducted on the clinical data of 100 female stress urinary incontinence patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023,who were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method, with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with magnetic and electric stimulation of pelvic floor muscle, and the control group was treated with electric stimulation alone. The clinical efficacy,ICI-Q-SF score, quality of life, pelvic surface EMG value at each stage and treatment safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical response rate of the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistically significant[40(80%)vs.48(96%),P=0.014].The ICI-Q-SF scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, while the pel-vic surface EMG values in daily life, psychological status, social interaction and five different stages were higher than those before treatment(all P<0.05).The ICI-Q-SF score was lower than the control group, while the daily life, psychological status, social interaction, total score and five different stages were higher than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of female stress uri-nary incontinence, pelvic floor muscle magnetic combined with electrical stimulation is effective, which can effectively improve patients'quality of life,ICI-Q-SF score, effectively promote pelvic floor function recovery, and has high safety.
