目的 探究黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦与雷公藤多苷片治疗慢性肾炎的疗效及对患者肾功能的影响.方法 选取2020年10月至2022年10月期间本院收治的94例慢性肾炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者随机分成对照组(47例)和联合组(47例).对照组患者实施缬沙坦联合雷公藤多苷片治疗,联合组患者则在对照组基础上联合黄葵胶囊治疗.观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及肾功能指标[包括尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24hpro)、肾小球过滤率(GFR)及尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)].结果 联合组的临床疗效总有效率[91.49％(43/47)]明显高于对照组[78.72％(37/47)],差异有统计学意义(x2=3.021,P＜0.05).治疗前两组患者的BUN、Scr、24 h pro、GFR及UAER比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05);治疗后,两组患者的BUN、Scr、24 h pro、GFR及UAER均较治疗前改善(均P＜0.05),且联合组患者的 BUN、Scr、24 h pro、GFR 及 UAER 优于对照组(t=2.746、5.860、10.025、3.544、5.223,均P＜0.05).两组患者均未出现不良反应(P＞0.05).结论 黄葵胶囊联合缬沙坦与雷公藤多苷片治疗慢性肾炎具有良好的临床效果,能够有效改善患者的肾功能.
Efficacy of Huangkui capsule in combination with valsartan and tripterygium wilfordii polygly-coside tablets in the treatment of chronic nephritis and the effect on renal function of patients
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huangkui capsule in combination with valsartan and tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets in the treatment of chronic nephritis and the effect on renal function of patients.Methods Ninety-four patients with chronic nephritis admitted to our hospital between October 2020 and October 2022 were selected for this study and randomly divided into a control group(47 patients)and a combination group(47 patients)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with valsartan in combination with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets,while patients in the combination group were treated with Huangkui capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment effect and renal function of patients in both groups were observed,and the renal function was judged mainly by urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(Scr),24 h urine protein quantification(24 h pro),glomerular filtration rate(GFR)and urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER).Results The total effective rate of the com-bined group[91.49％(43/47)]was significantly higher than that of the control group[78.72％(37/47)],and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.021,P＜0.05).There were no sig-nificant differences in BUN,Scr,24 h pro,GFR and UAER between the two groups before treatment(all P＞0.05).After treatment,BUN,Scr,24 h pro,GFR and UAER in 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(all P＜0.05).Moreover,BUN,Scr,24 h pro,GFR and UAER in combination group were better than those in control group(t=2.746,5.860,10.025,3.544,5.223,all P＜0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups(P＞0.05).Conclusions Huangkui capsule combined with valsartan and rehmannia polysaccharide tablets has good clinical effects in the treatment of chronic nephritis and can effectively improve the kidney func-tion of patients with high safety.
