The role of CTRP3 and CTRP9 in the occurrence of microvascular complications in patients with diabetes nephropathy and their influence on the body inflammatory state
Objective To analyze the role of C1q/TNF-related protein(CTRP3)and C1q/TNF-related protein(CTRP9)in the occurrence of microvascular complications in patients with diabe-tes nephropathy and their influence on the body inflammatory state. Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,82 patients with diabetes nephropathy admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects. All patients were divided into calcification group(41 cases)and non calcification group(41 cases)according to the vascular calcification of the patients, and 50 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time.CTRP3,CTRP9 and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleu-kin-6(IL-6)and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)were detected.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of CTRP3 and CTRP9 and vascular calcification score and body inflammation index. Results The level of CTRP3 in blood of calcification group was significantly higher than that of non-calcification group, and the level of CTRP9 was significantly lower than that of non-calcification group, with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1 in calcification group were significantly higher than those in non-calcification group, with statistical significance(all P<0.05).The vascular calcification score of diabetic ne-phropathy patients was significantly positively correlated with CTRP3 and negatively correlated with CTRP9(all P<0.05).The level of CTRP3 was significantly positively correlated with TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1(all P<0.05),and CTRP9 was significantly negatively correlated with TNF-α,IL-6 and ICAM-1(all P<0.05).Conclusions CTRP3 and CTRP9 are significantly correlated with the occur-rence of microvascular complications in patients with diabetes nephropathy, and can significantly regu-late the inflammatory state of the body.
