The clinical prediction value of homocysteine combined with β2 microglobulin in patients with H-type hypertension
Objective To investigate the clinical value of homocysteine(Hcy)combined with beta 2-microglobulin(β2-MG)in the prediction of renal damage in H-type hypertension.Meth-ods A total of 130 patients with H-type hypertension,130 patients with simple hypertension and 130 healthy physical examination personnel who were treated in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospi-tal from February 2021 to February 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study objects, and were set as H-type hypertension group, simple hypertension group and healthy control group, respectively. The correlation between serum Hcy level and age, serum Cys C and urinary β2-MG levels of was ana-lyzed,and the influencing factors of serum Hcy level were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results The age of H-type hypertension group was higher than that of three groups simple hyperten-sion group and healthy control group, and the levels of serum Hcy,Cys C and urinary β2-MG were higher than those of simple hypertension group and healthy control group, with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Serum Hcy level was positively correlated with serum Cys C and urinary β2-MG levels(all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influence factors of serum Hcy lev-el included age,Cys C and urinary β2-MG(all P<0.05).Conclusions The combined determina-tion of homocysteine(Hcy)and β2-microglobulin(β2-MG)is of high clinical value in the prediction of renal damage in H-type hypertension.
