电针刺激联合二仙汤对产后压力性尿失禁患者的疗效观察

摘要
目的 探讨电针刺激联合二仙汤对产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年1月于本院就诊的134例SUI患者的临床资料,按方便抽样法抽取2020年1月至2021年1月67例SUI患者作为对照组(基础盆底肌康复训练+二仙汤),抽取2021年2月至2022年1月67例SUI患者作为联合组(基础盆底肌康复训练+二仙汤+电针刺激),治疗周期为3个月,观察比较两组患者的血清结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、松弛素(RLX)水平、尿垫试验结果、盆底肌力、疗效以及不良反应发生率.结果 治疗1、3个月后,两组血清CTGF水平均显著降低,且联合组低于对照组(均P＜0.05);治疗1周、1、3个月后,两组血清RLX水平均显著降低,且联合组低于对照组(均P＜0.05);治疗3个月后,两组的漏尿量均显著降低,且联合组低于对照组(均P＜0.05);治疗3个月后,两组的盆底肌力情况均显著改善,且联合组改善效果优于对照组(均P＜0.05);联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组[91.04％(61/67)vs.77.61％(52/67),x2=4.574,P=0.032].结论 电针刺激联合二仙汤治疗SUI患者的疗效显著,可有效降低血清CTGF、RLX水平,改善SUI症状,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of electroacupuncture stimulation combined with Erxian decoction on postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI)patients.Methods Retrospec-tive analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 134 SUI patients who visited our hospital from Janu-ary 2020 to January 2022.According to the convenient sampling method,67 SUI patients from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the control group(basic pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation train-ing+Erxian decoction),and 67 SUI patients from February 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the combined group(basic pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training+Erxian decoction+electroacupunc-ture stimulation),the treatment cycle was 3 months.The levels of serum connective tissue growth fac-tor(CTGF)and relaxin(RLX),urine pad test results,pelvic floor muscle strength,curative effect and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month and 3 months of treatment,the level of serum CTGF in both groups was greatly decreased,and the combined group was lower than the control group(all P＜0.05);after 1 week,1 month and 3 months of treatment,the level of serum RLX in both groups was greatly decreased,and the combined group was lower than the control group(all P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the urine leakage in both groups was greatly reduced,and the combined group was lower than the control group(all P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of both groups was greatly im-proved,and the improvement effect of the combined group was better than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was greatly higher than that of the control group[91.04％(61/67)vs.77.61％(52/67),x2=4.574,P=0.032].Conclusions Electroacu-puncture stimulation combined with Erxian Decoction has obvious curative effect in treating SUI patients,it can effectively reduce serum CTGF and RLX levels,and ameliorate SUI symptoms,with high safety.
