摘要

微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一类基因表达的负性调控因子,已经成为重要的非编码RNA,调节细胞生理及病理状况下的反应。越来越多的文献强调miRNA在胰岛β细胞遗传、发育、代谢和炎症应激中的重要作用。β细胞是胰岛中的一种内分泌细胞,其主要功能是合成和分泌胰岛素,维持血糖水平的稳定。目前β细胞去分化被认为是糖尿病发病的另外一种机制,β细胞的功能衰竭与β细胞去分化密切相关。在这篇综述中,我们旨在总结调控β细胞去分化的几种重要的miRNA以及最新研究成果。 MicroRNA(miRNA), a class of negative regulators of gene expression, have become important non-coding RNA that regulate the response of cells under physiological and pathological conditions. More and more literature emphasizes the important role of miRNA in the inheritance, development, metabolism and inflammatory stress of pancreatic islet β cell. β cell is a kind of endocrine cell in the islet, its main function is to synthesize and secrete insulin and maintain the stability of blood sugar level. At present, β cell dedifferentiation is considered to be another mechanism of diabetes, and β cell failure is closely related to β cell dedifferentiation. In this review, we aim to summarize several important miRNAs that regulate β cell dedifferentiation and the latest research results.

Abstract
