Research status of the relationship between anti-thyroglobulin antibodies and differentiated thyroid cancer
Thyroid cancer has attracted much attention as the fastest rising incidence and the most common endocrine malignant tumor in thyroid surgery. At present, treatment methods primarily include sur-gical resection+131I radionuclide therapy+thyroid stimulating hormone suppression therapy.Differentiated thyroid cancer is the most common type of thyroid cancer.Thyroglobulin is the most commonly used tumor marker in postoperative follow-up of differentiated thyroid cancer. However, thyroglobulin antibodies(TgAb)can affect the detection of thyroglobulin. Therefore, the detection of TgAb is particularly important in the follow-up of patients with thyroid cancer. This review will focus on the clinical application of TgAb de-tection in the diagnosis and follow-up of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer, and provide a useful ref-erence for clinical practice.
