肥胖定义为危害机体健康的过度脂肪堆积,能量失衡是其根本原因.作为一种慢性非传染性流行病,肥胖已经成为全球面临的重点健康问题之一.黑皮质素受体4是中枢黑皮质素系统的重要组成部分,在维持能量稳态及体重调节方面发挥重要作用,是抗肥胖药物研发的热门靶点之一.近年来的研究极大地丰富了黑皮质素受体4信号传导途径,现就黑皮质素受体4在能量平衡和体重调节中的研究进展作一综述,旨在进一步阐述肥胖相关病理机制,为抗肥胖药物的开发提供理论依据.
Research progress of melanocortin 4 receptor in energy homeostasis and body weight regulation
Obesity is defined as excessive fat accumulation that is harmful to body health,and ener-gy imbalance is its root cause.As a chronic non-communicable epidemic,obesity has become one of the key health problems facing the world.The melanocortin-4 receptor is an important part of the central melanocort-in system,which plays an important role in the maintenance of energy homeostasis and body weight regula-tion,and is one of the hot targets for anti-obesity drug development.Recent studies have greatly enriched the melanocortin-4 receptor signaling pathway.This article reviews the research progress of melanocortin-4 re-ceptor in energy balance and body weight regulation,aiming to further elucidate the obesity-related pathologi-cal mechanisms and provide a theoretical basis for the development of anti-obesity drugs.
