胰岛素抵抗是2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)及其他代谢性疾病共同的病理生理基础之一.骨骼肌作为人体最大的内分泌器官,在胰岛素抵抗的进展中发挥着重要作用.骨骼肌以自分泌/旁分泌的方式分泌多种细胞因子,通过调控胰岛素信号通路、影响转运蛋白的表达、内质网应激以及炎性因子的释放等机制参与胰岛素抵抗及其相关代谢性疾病的发生、发展.本综述汇总了目前新发现的骨骼肌细胞因子的最新情况及分子机制,挖掘新的胰岛素抵抗潜在作用靶点,为进一步深入探索胰岛素抵抗的防治提供研究思路.
Recent advance in association of myokine and insulin resistance
Insulin resistance is one of the pathophysiological basis for type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and other metabolic disorders.Skeletal muscle,as the largest endocrine organ in the human body,plays a crucial role in the progression of insulin resistance.Skeletal muscle secretes various cytokines through autocrine/paracrine mechanisms.These cytokines participate in the development of insulin resistance and related metabolic diseases by modulating insulin signaling pathways,transport protein expression,endo-plasmic reticulum stress,and the release of inflammatory factors.This review provides an overview of recent advancements and molecular mechanisms of myokine and explores potential targets of insulin resistance to in-spire further research on preventive strategies and treatment options.
