摘要

脂代谢相关疾病是我国重大的公共卫生问题,而碘被认为对人体代谢稳态的调控起着重要作用.目前已有许多关于碘对脂代谢的影响和调控机制的研究报道,包括依赖甲状腺相关激素的直接调控途径以及各种间接途径,关于后者的研究目前尚不全面.本综述旨在归纳探讨肠道微生物、氧化应激和能量代谢3条碘对脂代谢的间接调控途径,为脂代谢相关疾病的防治打下理论基础.

Abstract

The prevalence of lipid metabolism related diseases has become a major public health is-sue in China.Meanwhile,iodine plays an important role in the regulation of metabolism.There have been many reports on the effects and regulatory mechanisms of iodine nutritional states on lipid metabolism,inclu-ding the thyroid-dependent direct pathway and various indirect pathways.However,research on the thyroid independent pathway is not all-sided.This review aims to summarize the research progress of lipid metabo-lism regulation of iodine through three indirect pathways,including intestinal microbiota,oxidative stress and en-ergy metabolism.It will lay a foundation for the prevention and treatment of lipid metabolism related diseases.
