With the continuous development of blood glucose monitoring technology,the advantages of Continuous Glucose Monitoring(CGM)are increasingly recognized and accepted by both doctors and pa-tients.Currently,the application of CGM is becoming more prevalent.However,there remains a certain de-gree of insufficient understanding and misconceptions among doctors regarding the standardized use of CGM and the correct interpretation of CGM graphs in clinical practice.Addressing the potential issues encountered by Chinese clinicians when using CGM,this article introduces expert recommendations on seven categories of common clinical questions in the form of a question-and-answer session,including the clinical characteristics and advantages of CGM,precautions for use in outpatient and inpatient settings,and how to correctly inter-pret CGM graphs.The aim is to provide a reference for clinicians to standardize the use of CGM and better assist individualized blood glucose management for diabetic patients.
