Role of Hippo signaling pathway-related microRNAs in colorectal cancer
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide.Although significant breakthroughs have been made in CRC research, its specific pathogenesis remains unclear. The Hippo signaling pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of CRC,and microRNAs(miRNAs),acting as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes, influence CRC cell proliferation, invasion, migration, glycolysis, angiogenesis, and drug resistance by regulating the Hippo signaling pathway.Understanding of the role, resistance mechanisms, and prognostic value of Hippo signaling pathway-related miRNAs in CRC is vital for further research into CRC pathology development of targeted therapies, and optimization of prognostic evaluations.
