摘要
目的:了解乳腺癌患者侵袭性思维现状并分析其影响因素,为乳腺癌患者心理治疗与护理提供参考.方法:采用横断面研究,选取中南大学湘雅二医院2023年5月1日至10月31日住院的483例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,应用事件影响量表修订版(Impact of Event Scale-Revised,IES-R)、医院焦虑抑郁量表(Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale,HADS)、Locke-Wallace婚姻调适量表(Locke-Wollance Marital Adjustment Scale,LWMAS)对患者进行问卷调查.结果:483例患者侵袭性思维得分为12.76±4.61.多元线性回归分析结果显示焦虑、抑郁、婚姻质量、年龄、文化程度、放射治疗、化学治疗、肿瘤分期和生育史是乳腺癌患者侵袭性思维的影响因素(均P<0.01).结论:乳腺癌患者存在侵袭性思维,医护人员应根据患者的焦虑、抑郁、婚姻质量、年龄、文化程度、放射治疗、化学治疗、肿瘤分期、生育史进行个体化干预,以减少乳腺癌患者的侵袭性思维.
Abstract
Objective:To understand the status of instrusive thoughts in breast cancer patients and analyze its influencing factors,providing a reference for psychological treatment and nursing care of breast cancer patients.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted with 483 breast cancer patients hospitalized at the Second Xiangya Hospital,Central South University,from May 1 to October 31,2023.The Impact of Event Scale-Revised(IES-R),Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)and Locke-Wallance Marital Adjustment Scale(LWMAS)were used to survey the patients.Results:The score of instrusive thoughts in the 483 patients was 12.76±4.61.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that anxiety,depression,marital quality,age,education level,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,tumor stage,and reproductive history were influencing factors of instrusive thoughts in breast cancer patients(all P<0.01).Conclusion:Breast cancer patients exhibit instrusive thoughts.Medical and nursing staff should provide individualized interventions based on the patients'anxiety,depression,marital quality,age,educational level,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,tumor stage,and reproductive history to reduce instrusive thoughts.
