摘要
目的:预康复越来越被认为在改善衰弱人群外科手术预后中起重要作用.本研究旨在分析衰弱人群预康复领域研究现状,探讨研究热点与前沿,以期为衰弱人群预康复研究提供参考.方法:检索Web of Science核心数据集等7个数据库建库至2024年4月收录的衰弱人群预康复相关文献,运用CiteSpace 6.2.R6软件对其进行可视化分析.结果:共纳入243篇英文文献和5篇中文文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势.发文最多的国家是美国;发文最多的机构是麦吉尔大学.研究热点的关键词为结局、死亡率、老年人等.结论:当前衰弱人群预康复研究是一个新兴领域,国际上研究差距较大,应加强交流合作,对衰弱人群预康复干预方案进行广泛探讨,以帮助更多患者.
Abstract
Objective:Prehabilitation is increasingly recognized as playing a significant role in improving surgical outcomes for frail populations.This study aims to analyse the current research status in the field of prehabilitation for frail populations,exploring research hotspots and frontiers,to provide a reference for further studies.Methods:Relevant literature on prehabilitation for frail populations was retrieved from 7 databases,including the Web of Science Core Collection,up to April 2024.CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software was used for visualization analysis of the data.Results:A total of 243 English articles and 5 Chinese articles were included,showing an overall upward trend in publication volume.The United States was the leading country in terms of publication output,and McGill University was the most prolific institution.Key representative research hotspots included outcomes,mortality rates,and older adults.Conclusion:Research on prehabilitation for frail population is an emerging field with significant international research gaps.Enhanced collaboration and communication are needed,along with a broad exploration of prehabilitation intervention programs to benefit more patients.
