超分辨率超声利用造影剂微泡作为定位和跟踪的点目标,利用人工智能去描绘和预测微血管位置,在微米级无创下对微血管进行成像.肿瘤学是超分辨率超声的主要应用之一,肿瘤微血管系统的无创成像对于肿瘤早期发现、早期诊断和判断预后具有重要意义.超分辨率超声能够突破声学衍射极限的限制,在微米尺度上对肿瘤微血管系统实现量化,为肿瘤微血管系统的研究提供了一种重要的检测方法.
Advances in the application of super-resolution ultrasound in tumor vascular imaging
Super-resolution ultrasound(SRUS)utilizes contrast agent microbubbles as point targets for localization and tracking,employing artificial intelligence to depict and predict the location of microvessels.This technique allows for imaging of microvessels at the micron scale non-invasively.Oncology is one of the primary applications of super-resolution ultrasound,as non-invasive imaging of tumor microvascular system is crucial for early detection,diagnosis,and prognosis assessment of tumors.SRUS overcomes the acoustic diffraction limit,enabling quantitative analysis of tumor microvascular systems at the micron scale and providing an important diagnostic method for the study of tumor microvasculature.
