目的 探讨冠名专家工作室模式帮扶在提升基层医疗机构护理质量和护理服务能力中的应用成效.方法 在三级医院中遴选护理专家,根据双方自愿选择原则结成对口帮扶关系,在 16 家基层医疗机构成立专家工作室,完善护理制度流程,健全护理管理和质控体系,加强护士培训等.比较帮扶前、帮扶 1 年后和帮扶 2 年后基层医疗机构的护理质量考核成绩、护理人员临床实践能力考核成绩、患者满意度、发表的论文数和开展的护理新技术.结果 通过帮扶,16 家基层医疗机构年度护理质量考核成绩连续两年逐年提升;除尚未完成 2 年协议期帮扶的沙洲医院外,其他机构帮扶 2 年后和帮扶前比较,护理人员临床实践能力考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);除尚未完成 2 年协议期帮扶的乐余镇社区卫生服务中心外,其他基层医疗机构在帮扶 2 年后和帮扶前比较,患者满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);16 家基层医疗机构论文发表总数由帮扶前的 21 篇/年,提升至帮扶第 2 年的 91 篇/年,引进开展新技术新项目 153 项.结论 冠名专家工作室模式帮扶能有效提高基层医疗机构护士临床能力,提升护理质量管理水平,提高护理服务能力.
Objective To explore the effectiveness of the crowned expert workshop model in nursing assistance in improving the quality of nursing and nursing service capabilities at primary healthcare organizations.Methods Nursing experts were selected from tertiary hospitals,and paired assistance relationships were formed based on the mutual willingness principle with 16 primary healthcare organizations to establish studio.The nursing system processes were improved,nursing management and quality control system were strengthened,and nurse training was enhanced.The scores of nursing quality assessment,nursing staff's clinical practice ability assessment,patient satisfaction,number of published papers and new nursing technologies carried out in the primary care organizations before,after one year and after two-year of assistance were compared before assistance,one year later,and two years after assistance.Results Through the assistance,annual nursing quality assessment scores of the 16 primary healthcare organizations improved anually for two consecutive years.Except for Shazhou Hospital,which had not completed the two-year agreement period,statistically significant differences in nursing staff clinical practice ability assessment scores were found between two-year after and before assistance for other organization(P<0.05),except for Leyu Town Community Health Service Center,which had not completed the two-year assistance period,statistically significant differences in patient satisfaction were found two-year after assistance and before assistance for other primary healthcare organizations(P<0.05).The total number of published papers by the 16 primary healthcare organizations increased from 21 per year before the assistance period to 91 per year in the second year of assistance.A total of 153 new nursing technologies and projects were introduced and implemented.Conclusions The assistance through the crowned expert workshop model effectively improves the clinical cpabilities of nurses in primary healthcare organizations,enhances the quality management level of nursing quality management,and improves the ability of nursing services.
