Effects of disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with group cognitive therapy on social support and disease perception stress in patients with post stroke depression
Objective To explore the effects of disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with group cognitive therapy on social support and disease perception stress in patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University with post stroke depression.Methods A total of 80 patients from the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University with post stroke depression admitted to our department from October 2019 to October 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with group cognitive therapy),with 40 patients in each group.The intervention outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the SDS scores and NIHSS scores of the paticents of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the MMSE scores were higher than those of the ones of the control group(P<0.05).The SSRS scores in various dimensions of the observation group were higher than those of the ones of the control group(P<0.05);The BIPQ scores in various dimensions of the patients of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Disease perception nursing based on self-regulation combined with group cognitive therapy could alleviate the psychological state of depression in patients with post stroke depression,promote the improvement of neurological and cognitive functions,increase social support levels,reduce perceived disease stress,and improve nursing satisfaction.It is worth of promoting.
