Objective To analyze the research status,hotspots and development trend of psychological resilience of nursing staff based on knowledge map.Methods The literature related with psychological resilience of nursing staff in the core datebase of Web of science was searched and analyzed by Cite Space and VOS viewer.Results A total of 620 articles were retrieved,and the annual number of articles increased over the past decade.The countries with the highest publication output were the United States,China and Australia,with Curtin University in Australia being the main research institution.J ADV NURS and J NURS MANAGE were identified as the most influential journals in this field.Over the past decade,research has focused on the psychological status of medical staff during the COVID-19 outbreak,post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD),psychological resilience among nursing students,nurses working in emergency and psychiatric department,as well as the relationship between self-efficacy,job satisfaction and psychological resilience,and interventions such as cognitive-behavior therapy and mindfulness.The hotspots of research mainly focused on the influencing factors of psychological resilience:stress,mental health,burnout,depression,etc.Future hotspots are predicted to be PTSD,assessment of psychological resilience and intervention of mindfulness.Conclusions In recent years,there has been increasing attention to nurses psychological resilience research.Future research should focus on nurse PTSD,psychological resilience levels,and the impact of mindfulness intervention on psychological resilience.
