Objective To investigate the status quo of frailty and cognitive frailty in maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A total of 94 patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January to December 2022 were selected by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire,Clinical frailty Scale(CFS)and Mini-mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)were used to investigate their frailty and cognitive frailty status.Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of frailty and cognitive frailty. Results The results of the scale evaluation showed that the score of CFS was(4.67±1.27),with 23 patients in the normal group and 71 patients in the asthenic. The score of MMSE was(24.49±8.43),with 68 in the normal group and 26 in the cognitive frailty group.19 patients showed a combination of frailty and cognitive decline.Logistic regression showed that older age, lower education level, rural area of residence, diabetes and drinking were risk factors for cognitive fissile patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis(P<0.05).Conclusions The degree and incidence of frailty in maintenance peritoneal dialysis patients were at a high level, and the degree and incidence of cognitive frailty were at a general level.Patients'frailty and cognitive frailty in time should be identified by the specific conditions of patients,so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as falling caused by frailty and cognitive frailty.
