Objective To explore the application effect of home volume management of 5E rehabilitation mode in patients with stable heart failure. Methods From August 2021 to July 2022,chronic heart failure patients who were discharged from the cardiology department of Zhongshan People's Hospital were selected by convenience sampling method.73 patients with heart failure who were discharged from hospital from August 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the control group, and were given routine home volume continuous care;78 patients with heart failure who were discharged from hospital from February to July 2022 were selected as the intervention group, and a home capacity management nursing intervention based on the 5E rehabilitation model was implemented. The six-minute walking test,LVEF,BNP,self-efficacy,quality of life, dry body mass compliance rate within three months after discharge, and readmission rate within three months after discharge and readmission rate were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in six-minute walking test,LVEF,BNP,self-efficacy score and quality of life score between the two groups at the baseline(P>0.05).After three months of discharge, the intervention group had higher scores in the six-minute walking test,LVEF,BNP concentration,self-efficacy,and quality of life than that in the control group. The dry body mass compliance rate was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group, and the readmission rate after three months of discharge was lower in the intervention group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of home volume management of 5E rehabilitation mode in the intervention of patients with heart failure is helpful to enhance heart function, improve self-efficacy and improve quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
