实习护生职业召唤现状及其影响因素分析

目的 对实习护生职业召唤得分进行现状调查,分析其相关性并探讨影响因素.方法 选取2022 年 5 月至2023 年4 月在昆明市中医医院实习的324 名护生为研究对象,采用问卷调查及量表(职业召唤量表、职业生涯规划量表、自我效能感量表)评估的方法统计职业召唤得分现状并分析其危险因素.结果 324 名实习护生年龄 19~29 岁,平均(21.32±2.45)岁;男生 33 名,占 10.19%,女生291 名,占 89.81%.量表评估结果显示:职业召唤得分(39.57±6.38)分、职业生涯规划得分(72.67±11.35)分、自我效能感得分(2.02±0.66)分.Pearson相关分析结果显示:职业召唤得分与职业生涯规划得分间呈正相关关系,相关系数r=0.466,P=0.003,与自我效能感得分间也呈正相关关系,相关系数r=0.267,P=0.024;职业生涯规划得分与自我效能感得分间呈正相关关系,相关系数r=0.311,P=0.015.单因素分析结果显示:既往有实习/工作经历、学历、职业生涯规划得分及自我效能感得分是实习护生职业召唤得分的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论 实习护生职业召唤处于中等水平,有待进一步提高.既往有实习/工作经历、学历、职业生涯规划得分及自我效能感得分是影响实习护生职业召唤得分的因素.临床带教老师应根据实习护生职业召唤的影响因素制定合理的干预方案,以提高实习护生职业召唤水平,促进护理事业的发展.
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of occupational calling of nursing students.Methods From May 2022 to April 2023,a total of 324 nursing students who practiced in Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.Questionnaire survey was adopted to analyze the status of occupational calling score and its risk factors.Results A total of 324 nursing students were included in the study,aged from 19 to 29 years old,with an average age of(21.32±2.45)years old.Among them,33 were males,accounting for 10.19%,and 291 were females,accounting for 89.81%.The scale evaluation results showed that the score of occupational calling was(39.57±6.38),the score of career planning was(72.67±11.35),the score of self-efficacy was(2.02±0.66).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that:Occupational calling score was positively correlated with career planning score(correlation coefficient r=0.466,P=0.003)and self-efficacy score(correlation coefficient r=0.267,P=0.024).Career planning score was positively correlated with self-efficacy score(correlation coefficient r=0.311 P=0.015).Univariate analysis showed that previous internship/work experience,educational level,career planning score and self-efficacy score were independent risk factors for occupational calling score of nursing interns(P<0.05).Conclusions The occupational calling of nursing students was in the medium level and needs to be further improved.Previous internship/work experience,education level,career planning score and self-efficacy score were the risk factors affecting the vocational calling score of nursing interns.In order to improve the occupational calling level of nursing students and promote the development of nursing career,clinical teachers should formulate reasonable intervention plans according to the influencing factors of occupational calling of nursing students.
