基于肠-脑-皮轴理论探讨心理行为、肠道菌群与特应性皮炎之间的关系。通过梳理中医药治疗特应性皮炎研究文献，发现中医药可通过干预肠-脑-皮轴调节肠道菌群相对丰度、参与免疫代谢、恢复皮肤屏障功能，进而达到治疗特应性皮炎的目的。 Based on the introduction of gut-brain-skin axis, this article discussed the relationship between psychological behavior, intestinal flora, and atopic dermatitis. By combing the literature on the treatment of atopic dermatitis with TCM, it is found that TCM therapy can regulate the relative abundance of intestinal flora, participate in immune metabolism and restore skin barrier function by intervening in the gut-brain-skin axis, so as to achieve the purpose of treating atopic dermatitis.
Abstract
