微RNA-326与自身免疫性疾病关系研究进展

微RNA(micro RNA,miR)是一类内源性非编码小分子RNA,长度为20~23个核苷酸,是免疫应答的重要调节因子.MiR-326参与体内多种病理生理过程,调节包括免疫细胞在内的多种细胞稳态和分化,与多种自身免疫性疾病(autoimmune disease,AID)密切相关,有望成为新的治疗靶点.现综述miR-326与AID、免疫细胞的关系及研究进展,旨在为新药研究提供一定参考.
Research progress on the relationship between micro RNA-326 and autoimmune diseases
Micro RNA(miR)is a class of endogenous non-coding small molecule RNA with a length of 20-23 nucleotides,which is an important regulator of immune response.MiR-326 is involved in various pathophysiological processes in vivo,regulating various cell homeostasis and differentiation,including immune cells,and is closely related to multiple autoimmune disease(AID),which is expected to become a new therapeutic target.This article reviewed the relationship between miR-326 and AID and immune cells and the research progress,aiming to provide some reference for the research of new drugs.
